I contacted Ox Foundation for an estimate, **** ***** provided an estimate of $8100 and stated it would be less (around $6000) if they were able to use heavy equipment instead of hand installation. I asked if this would close the cracks in the concrete slab & was assured that it would. The installers arrive a few weeks later & performed work using heavy equipment. I saw that the cracks on the slab interior hadn't closed & an additional area had sheared off. I was told by the installation crew that this couldn't be helped. I understand that in a process like this outcomes are not guaranteed. Several days later I receive an invoice for ****** I notified Ox that I was told the work amount was to be significantly less (around ******* I was told that the estimator had dropped the amount to ****** I stated that this was still incorrect, that ***** was the original estimate amount. I was told to go back to the estimator.Business response

Due to the location of the work on the property there was the possibility of saving money when the crew did the work. Fortunately the machine had enough room and access and we lowered the price accordingly and Mr ****** agreed and paid for our services. We know that at each home there can be challenges and if we can pass ******* onto the homeowner we will. Thank you again Mr ****** for Ox Foundation Solutions.
