DO NOT USE PARKER CABINETS! ****** Parker is the owner. I have tried my best to fix them after they tried for the second time. Going to have to hire someone. When they first brought them they were so covered in dust ****** told me not to clean them before my house got done. That dust was covering up multiple problems. Paint all uneven, caulk coming out and cracking, wood that looks like it came from a junk yard. ****** ignored his phone forever and finally his secretary answered probably by accident. I really did not want them to fix them so I got some bids from cabinet shops that know what they are doing. Of course it was to high they could not pay it. So I let them try to fix them. They got the doors and sprayed them one time I am sure because you could see the original color in spots. They painted the boxes with a big brush for the corners and rolled the rest left as many brush marks as they could and left big drops of paint. Told them the day they painted the boxes the crown would have to be painted because it is a little different color. Guess what it was not painted or my kickboard. They left paint on my wall and tile floor. I do not want them to come back. Texted them I would like $500 back to try to help me pay for someone to fix what I can't. No response, what a surprise! I have also found someone else who has used them that have had them come back 3 times and they mess up more than they fix. Also on the boxes they left places they did not even paint. I will be sharing this for a while so maybe I can save someone from hiring them. I payed $8,400. I think they were delivered the middle of September of 2021.Business response

First day of install everything was fine. Second day of install claimed to have cleaned them 4 or 5 times and they keep getting dirty. So I told her to stop cleaning until construction of home was finished. She was using good off on the cabinets which has a chemical that is known to mess the paint up.
Came back again she wanted three doors replaced. Within 30 min of leaving she wanted all doors replaced.
Three to four months later she called back complaining again so we went and pulled all doors off to redo them.. I met her at ******************************* and had her pick the paint she wanted to use. The guys there still remember her coming there. They told her as well as us that this would not be the same and brush ****** will be obvious. She understood this in the beginning. So we took the paint she wanted and stripped her doors down and repainted them. She complained about the cabinets themselves long story short we went and repainted them and of course there were brush strokes on the inside of the panels which she understood would happen. Two days after the cabinets were painted she decided she would sand them and try to fix them. Once she painted what had already been repainted we are not liable. ****** made a contract that she refuse to sign that once repainted that any warranty was void. We went to hang the doors and she had already painted over what was redone in the cabinets. We hung the doors planning on coming back and address anything else and she had concerns about. Again once she painted over what was redone we were not liable for anything else. The cabinets were all in working condition.I purchased the vountertops and installation was provided as good jesture free of charge. Note all correspondence and contracts between Parker Cabinets and *************************** have been noted and documented for future use if needed. Wed 5/18/2022 2:05 PMIt is true the cabinets were very dirty when they were brung. ****** did tell me just to wait till after construction was done. I think this was so I could not see how bad they were. I did clean them after a little while with just water and a soft towel. If that did any damage I do not need cabinets of this quality. Tried several times to get the fixed right. Been ignored hoping I would give up. A lot of what they responded is just made up. Please just post my messages on your site. I hope to save someone else. I have had 2 other sets of new cabinets made all brung out nice and clean. Did not use goo gone. Good one though!
