Am no insurance self pay patient. All $ ive paid over last year was credited to wifes account. Now she has huge credit. I was turned over to collection agent. Ruined credit. Told fixed 3 times. And still not. How do i fix. And fix credit. Should they be responsible to fix? I paid my part. They put on wrong account. What do i do. Ive called them till at **** end. ThxBusiness response

This issue was passed on to our Billing Manager for research and resolving:
Complainant had balances that were placed with **************************** 12/30/2022 from dates of service 10/7/2021 - 6/16/2022 for non-response/non-payment of bills. His *** balance was ****** and he had a current AR balance of *****.
He did have insurance until 11/2022 but then became self-pay and has received a Self Pay discount for all Self Pay encounters.
There are no notes in our system to indicate he has been speaking with anyone at CPC about his balance until yesterday, 10/26. However, he may have been talking to someone at *************************** and they never reached out to CPC to assist him in resolving the issue.
because he claims he was paying and we were putting money on the wrong account, there are no payments other than what was on his wife's account that have now been placed to his account. If complainant can provide any receipts for additional payments we have not already addressed, we will be happy to further research and make any corrections as necessary.
