            The business is a ****** brand repair center. I have a ****** drill under lifetime warranty. On 21 Jan I dropped off the drill with copy of the warranty paperwork. On 1 March, 39 days later I call to check repair status and was told " I have not even looked at it, no one wants to work, I am having to do everything. " I went to pick up the drill and wanted to speak to the manager or owner but the lady told me one is not here and one is in hospital. Horrible service.

            I had warranty work to be done on my Cub Cadet. I called this business to set it up, and asked if the part was in stock, they said it was. I took it in on a Friday and dropped it off, they said it would be done on Wednesday or Thursday. I called on the next Friday, and was told the part was ordered and would be there any time. I called back on Monday, got the same answer. After 10 days, I needed my mower and decided I would just do the work myself. When I went to pick it up I was told I would have to pay for the part that I didnt get and the labor that didnt happen or I could NOT get my mower back. Each time I spoke to them I was met with an arrogant attitude. I will NEVER patronize this business again..... How it has stayed in business this long is baffling to me.....
