feb ******************************************** to be repaired, as soon as i got home the problem started over, I took the vehicle back a couple of months they told me it was a faulty pump that they replaced, i drove it home after that and it done the same thing. when i brought it back i was told they was confused that nothing has ever happened like this before. They finally called me and said the vents was clogged and stated the fuel tank was crushed that i needed another fuel tank, i told them ok first then i decided to check the tank myself and when i did there was no sign of the tanks front or rear had any damage. i thought taking my ***** ****hd to a certified ***** shop i would get quality work but all i got was a guessing game.

the truck has two fuel tanks mitch smith chevrolet repaired the rear tank and now the front tank has a problem. we did offer to give him a discount on the work. the dealership did not cause the problem. i am sorry he having problems with the truck.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: I took the bed off my truck and after the dealership was trying to get me to buy a front fuel tank and the front tank had bo issues so basically the service **** was guessing on what is going on with my vehicle

************ S******* called BBB to provide clarification of your gas tank repairs. He had the Service Manager, ***************************** explain to me what the problem is.
The rear gas tank (inner part) was collapsing, they replaced with an updated part. At this time they had no idea this also caused the "vent" in the front fuel tank to get damaged. The front fuel tank needs to be replaced. **************** said they've offered a reduction on the labor fees but that's all they can do.
