On February 28, 2022, I went into a store called video games and more. They have a return policy... No refunds only exchange. I was trying to get an exchange but the owner would not allow me to. The ps4 controller only worked for my brother for less than a month when I went back trying to get it traded. She didn't allow an exchange so I want my money back.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/03/16) */ Ms. ******** called BBB and said the consumer came into the store two weeks after her brother made the purchase of the controller and exchanged it without a receipt. Ms. ******** said she made the exchange with no questions asked. In a month the consumer came back wanting to exchange the controller again for her brother and Ms. ******** refused the second exchange with the reason being she didn't know how the controller was being used and a lack of a receipt. Consumer Response /* (3000, 10, 2022/03/16) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) The first PS4 controller was claimed to be new but we noticed the seal was cut on the box when my brother was going to open it. He used it and we tried notifying them to let them know about the defective controller. They never responded back. When they finally switched the first one, it took over a month. The second one started drifting the characters to the left and I informed them 2 weeks later but they rejected it. Multiple people in Cullman told me not to go there but I gave them a chance and this happened. I know they will get away with this like they have against others. They took advantage of a poor family. I will go with your decision at the BBB and I will just advise others not to go there as I was advised. Also, my brother does not abuse his electronics if that is what she is implying. My brother is so careful with his electronics, he even has controller in a Ziploc when he is not playing with the controller.
