Every single week since starting services they don’t fulfill their contract. They don’t edge, cut, blow off debris or anything and when asking to cancel the contract they have violated, they want me to pay full price for services not rendered. I have videos of the back patio and attached photos of the non existent edging the day after service where the foreman ******* failed to return to complete the job as promised.Business response

Thank you for the complaint letter from Mrs. **** *******. She reached out to me directly last week to explain the situation and how our team has corrected the issues with her service. She is very happy with our crew leader, ******, that is now servicing her property. She mentioned that she tried multiple times to contact BBB to cancel, however, she was unsuccessful.Customer response
