      I paid $600 on 14 May 2022 to replace the gate existing posts at *************************************. The posts were to be replaced, set in concrete, and painted black. That was after they promised to finish the job on May 3, May 5, May 6, May 11 (after several texts from me asking them to finish), and May 14 and then demanded I be prompt and pay that same day.Three months later, ****************************** when I went to open it. It turns out the fence post broke off clean with the ground. There were no marks to indicate the gate had been struck with a car or had any other abuse done to it. I contacted Stampede Concrete by text the same day and they said they would fix it. By today, December 8th, they have not been to fix it or had any further communication with me. I asked them to please fix it this month or provide a quarter refund, for 1 of the 4 posts replaced, of $150.

      We did respond to ******************* and informed her I would come take a look at the issue. If it was our fault or product fault we would address it.  Although the simple physics of the matter a post 6*8' set 2*2' into concrete will not sever clean at the ground this was definitely done via open tire trailer as her husband and her operate or maybe a neighbor.  We will still go out and repair the gate post at her expense and this time she will be charged for all materials all fuel and at the normal price.  It's amazing after speaking to her again 2 weeks ago we would be out and I'm having now to explain a problem they created. Bad mouthing my business not even allowing me the time we discussed for me to get my health back after collapsing a lung a and breaking ribs on another job.  She did agree to wait the time for me to even be able to fix this problem.  Again not any fault of ours just to be clear I have not expressed I'm aware of how it happened I just said I would fix it for her.  But now it will have to be priced thanks.

      I am rejecting this response because after I tried contacting them multiple times, multiple ways, it took BBB contacting him for me to just get a response.  The response was:

      "I apologize I recently had trauma to my *************** So I'm down about 1 or 2 more wks . After you sent the photo I didn't here anything else and I got cought up in summer ******* Ill let you know if I'm I can get up and around to you sooner . I will not forget . Thanks"

      It's been one week and I haven't heard anything about him about scheduling to come fix the gate. I don't accept that he will actually come until I see progress being made.

      We contracted Stampede Concrete to pour a slab for us in March of 2021. We overpaid them in the amount of $682.91 because of a misunderstanding and they assured us that the monies would be returned ASAP. I have repeatedly messaged the owners regarding this refund. They assured me repeatedly that they would be sending the monies due to us. We have not received the overpayment and have been met with excuse after excuse as to why they cannot pay.
