I recently purchased a vehicle throughout ****************** on August 28th of this year. It was supposed to be financed through redstone federal credit union at a ****% rate. Today, sept 29th, 1 month later, I received a call from ****** that redstone doesn't want to honor the original contract signed because they supposedly made a mistake. They raised my rate to ****% and now I'm forced to resign after driving this vehicle for 1 months.Business response

June 6, haf ***** in bank. Got a random charge for uncollected funds charge of 25 dollars. But nobody can tell me what for.June 6. Had 50 dollars in bank . Withdrawl for,48 dollars to cash app. Got a 25 dollar overdraft fee June 12. Haf ******** Got a 25 dollar uncollected funds charge nobody can explain.June 12. had ****** in bank Took 400 withdrawl to cash app Got a 25 dollar overdraft. Fee June 12. 100 transfer to cash app 25 dollar overdraft fee. When I had 637 in account. June 15. ***** in bank. Transfered 3 dollars to cash app leaving ***** in bank .25 dollar fee.. none of these overdraft fees are correct.Business response

Thank you for your feedback. A review has been completed on your checking account regarding the fees you mentioned. The Uncollected Funds Charges incurred were due to the Cash App transactions being authorized and pending to come out of your account. When enough money was not available for the subsequent charges, this fee was charged. The overdraft fees were incurred when other transactions cleared the account and there were no available funds. On 6/14/2023, our contact center representative refunded $50 in fees as a courtesy. Another $100 in overdraft fees were refunded on 6/14/2023 due to the disputed items. We show that you closed your debit card on 6/27/2023 to prevent getting more fees. Due to this action, you should no longer incur overdraft fees for point of sale transactions unless a charge was set up as reoccurring transaction and there are no available funds. You will continue to receive overdraft or insufficient fund charges for Electronic Withdrawals that come through if funds are not available.
Should you want to use a debit card again, we recommend opting out our the overdraft service for everyday debit card transactions and ATM withdrawals. You will still have your overdraft service available for electronic withdrawals and reoccurring debit card transactions for paying bills, payments, etc.
