      On March 24, 2022 I called Southern Style Furniture regarding the metal are hard places under the cushions that hurt your bottom when you sit. I did not notice this at the time I purchased the sofa and recliner. I also noticed the reclining chair side arms did not connect to the back of the chair. There is a large gap from the cushion to the back of the chair. Southern Style told me it was out of their hands and told me to contact ***** Furniture. ***** sent out a tech to look at the problems. The repairman said he thought the cushions needed more padding. Nothing has been done to repair my sofa.

      BBB:  ****************** was delivered on 4/20/22.  A few weeks later she called stating that she was feeling metal in her seat.  We sent our Warehouse manager out to inspect.  He weighs 325 pounds and he could not feel the "so called metal". She called a few weeks later stating that she is still feeling metal in her seat. We then sent the info, including serial # to the Manufacturer, *******/Catnapper, per our contract with them.  

      They sent out an Independent Repair Contractor.  By COINCIDENCE ONLY...The repair contractor just HAPPENED to be in his family Furniture Truck, which is ***** Furniture.  We have NO affiliation with Hobb's Funiture and have expressed this on 4 different occasions to *******************

      The *******/Catnapper Independant Contractor found Nothing wrong with her sofa.  She expressed that her double pillow top cushion was settling.  The Independant Contractor, put additional poly foam in the seat.  He then sent his report to *******/Catnapper stating that there was NO manufacturers issue. It was a perception issue.  *******/Catnapper CLOSED the claim.

      Per this Complaint, ****************** is asking for a replacement.  The Manufacturer does NOT see an issue and will not replace.

      As we are a 100% Customer Satisfaction Small Business, we will be picking up ********************** furniture on Wednesday, Feb 8th, 2023, and refunding her monies, including tax, delivery and Insurance, which has already been paid by us!  It is a little more complicated in that she financed this Invoice thru Tower Loan.  We are writing her a check for the amount she paid to Tower Loan, and in turn writing  a separate check to Tower Loan to close out her account.
