Horrible company. Do not use. I would give them a 0 if I could. We bought a new home, where the shower door installation is under warranty. A few weeks after moving in, the shower door slipped and was hitting the fixed glass panel. When Cell Pak came out, the technician tried to convince us the house had settled, so much, that the door slipped. He attempted to fix the door but left s huge gap. He had to come back and fix the huge gap. Then the door slipped again a couple months after the "fix". A different installer came out and admitted that they were using hinges that they were having issues with. He even said they just replaced our neighbors hinges with different ones, due to this issue. He then adjusted the door so it wouldn't hit. The next week, the same tech that told me the house had settled, came out and replaced the hinges, with the same type of hinge and left a huge gap. When I asked him why he left a huge gap, he said that it was within specifications and it was fine. I asked him to fix the gap to be smaller, like the other two times he "fixed" it. He said he couldn't and left. I immediately called Chris, the manager, informed him of the issue that has been going on for 8 months, told him the gap size. He apologized for everything, told me he would install new hinges that were being delivered the next week and "had my number on a sticky note". After 6 weeks of leaving voice mails, which Chris never responded to, I followed up with **** ********* warranty company, which I had been dealing with since the first time the door slipped. The warranty spokes person called Chris, at this point he told her that the hinges are fine and the gap is fine. So, either he lied to me or he lied to **** ********* warranty. Needless to say, **** ****** told me this is no longer a warranty issue and said there wasn't anything they could do and to contact Cell Pak directly. Even though I asked for the warranty manager to be on the phone call with me, since Chris blatantly lied to me. Apparently, this was not acceptable to **** ******* and they denied my request. As a previous Project Manager for a 300 home development, I worked with subcontractors as well as assisted the warranty department. This is completely unacceptable the way this warranty issue has been handled. I highly recommend NOT using Cell Pak. Find an honest company, one that wont lie to you and has good customer service.
