Bought a zero turn mower from them and they sent me home with the wrong one, doesn't even match my bill of sale now I can't get them to fix the issue.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 6, 2022/03/03) */ We have actively been in contact with Spartan Mowers regarding this issue. As with most manufacturers, we are having difficulty getting product at this time and the manufacturers are also having difficulty. Item was to be shipped with a mower order we received last week but was not put on the truck from Spartan. The person at Spartan that took the order was unaware this could be put on a mower order delivery. Parts Manager contacted Spartan 3/3/22 the deck is being built and should be shipped out next week freight truck. Delivery should be received in approximately 1-2 weeks. Once received, customer will be contacted. Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2022/03/08) */ Customers mowing deck arrived today. Ben ******* (parts manager) contact customer by phone to make him aware it had arrived and would need to set up a time to bring it in to have the deck swapped out. Customer stated "he would let us know".
