My name is *******************************. ****** has had my 2020 Explorer ST since June 24th. I called every day last week and left messages and nobody will call me back or reach back out. Every time I go up there ** always told something different about another part being ordered. It took over a week for him to submit a new estimate to my insurance company to get more repairs fixed when they sent it to **** Layton. At this point Im fed up. 4 months of having my car and not communicating is completely unacceptable and everyone is about to find out how this place does business unless someone starts to make it right.

11-6-2023 Mr. ********************* with **** Layton called BBB to offer his position. He is sorry the body shop took so long working on his vehicle. ************** was happy to say, they traded him into a different vehicle last week. They gave him a $1500.00 allowance as good will for his poor experience with the body shop.
