EyeCare associates billed my insurance for some EyeCare frames on 7/14/2022 and I asked them prior to the order would they be cover because I had $200 available to used. I was told they would be cover for the these EyeCare frame at the time they place the order. After the EyeCare frames came in I was call to pick them up. I received a bill in September from the insurance company stating the EyeCare frames was not covered and I would be billed zero dollars as for the service. I have now received two bills from **** Potter with EyeCare associates. I have submitted the bill from insurance and the one they sent me has two different prices and my insurance says I owe zero for the services. I contacted them and told them I dont have to pay any balance. I have contact them and the insurance and cant get the issue resolved.
