Poor seevice. Technician unpleasant to work with. Had service with them for about a year and then tried canceling only to have a technician come out to service the property again despite me explaining dissatisfaction. I received a bill in the mail stating that the service man came out during new pay period so they feel like they can charge me for an entire quarter.Cook's Pest Control, Inc. Response

This company is a joke, and I highly suggest you look for other pest control services.It is cut and dry. They don't do what they say they will do. The customer service is baffling, and it is so bad. Due to your due diligence, review BBB reviews on companies before hiring out.*****, the regional manager, was very unhelpful and argumentative. ****, the local manager, tries to dodge and make excuses for his complacent employees.They put the employees first rather than the customer.Save your money and time and go with another company.Cook's Pest Control, Inc. Used for several years and had no issues then they hired a slacker that never came by and did his job. He just filed the paperwork and lied. I am disabled and home all day. He was not here but electronically signed my name to the workorder. Spoke with Cooks about this several times on the phone. I was being bitten by spiders on my porch, we had to go to ******* and buy bug killer to get rid of them. I requested on Nov 1, 2023 that Cooks Cancel my account and refund the $99.00 they had just taken out of my bank account for their payment. On Jan 2, ****** at Cooks tried to set up a time to come and treat our house. I told him we no longer have an account with them and to Call ******* @ Brentwood. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY $99.00 I Want It BACK!Cook's Pest Control, Inc. Response

I recently contracted Cooks Pest Control to address a rat infestation on my property due to ongoing construction in my area. Unfortunately, my experience with their services left much to be desired. After hiring Wild Animal Removal to eliminate the rodents and seal any potential entry points, I had to pay an additional cost to repair the air ducts. Following this, I hired Cooks Pest Control to keep the pests under control and keep them away. During their initial visit, they placed rat traps in the crawl spaces. However, a week later, I discovered they had failed to secure the doors properly, resulting in another rat invasion.When I contacted the company to report the issue and express my frustration, they simply apologized. This lack of accountability was concerning, especially considering the additional financial burden I had to bear in getting the wild live removal service to address the infestation again, costing me an extra $625.00.Furthermore, when I attempted to cancel my account and voiced my concerns to Cooks Pest Control, they informed me that cancellation was not possible, and the manager did not return my calls. This lack of responsiveness and unwillingness to address customer concerns only furthered my disappointment with their services.Overall, my experience with Cooks Pest Control was highly unsatisfactory, and I would caution others considering their services to proceed with caution and explore alternative options.Cook's Pest Control, Inc. I really appreciate you bringing this to our attention. After receiving this review, I asked the manager of your local district office to contact you directly. He tells me you all were able to come to a mutual agreement on how to make things right. We recently had to stop auto pay because no one would show and then when we called they said in the computer it was put that they came no one came andsomeone was supposed to call us back never happened.Very un reliable and communication with them was c*** I will say the few times they did come and treat it really helped but that's when they would actually come we made our work schedule very clear so they cannot use that as an excuse.Would not recommend!Cook's Pest Control, Inc. ****,**. ****** is a ****************. 5 stars.We finally got squatters, the courts and laws seem to work for for the non-payers, out of a house we own. Unbelievable amount of work we need to do to make this home truly habitable so we've called several businesses covering many disciplines and no one really returns calls and certainly do not show up. ****** pest out of **** did return my call, they did speak with me, and they did show up to do the job! We had a huge hornet's nest in a ****( basketball size) and ****** pest Rome,**. showed up when they said they would and walked me through the process and the young man,**, showed up at the designated time, was extremely personable and professional and did the job! ***** to ***************, and another individual for following through. The company has been sending me non-stop emails and texts for 2 days straight totaling over a dozen messages and docusigns to get me to sign up and stay with this company. I have called and left messages to have them stop sending me these emails and texts but nobody will listen or stop. I would definitely use a different company one that is not so pushy and they are very overpriced.Cook's Pest Control, Inc. Response

Worst customer service and they ripped my mom off for 3 months of service on a 2nd location. My mom has been with them for 3 years, she wanted to cancel the termite control on her second property she owns. She called and cancelled, and they charged her for 3 months and told her it had to go through a process to be cancelled. It was not cancelled the day she called. This is a company that holds a prayer every morning with their staff. Not very Godly is it now. You are hypocrites. She cancelled on the 9th of **** and they were out here in 3 days to pull the traps, but they charged her anyway for **** June and July.Cook's Pest Control, Inc. Response
