So my home warranty called this company for us and set an appointment for today between 12 and 5pm my wife stayed at home from work just so we could get the issue resolved. Well 5pm rolled around no show the office called me at 510pm and told me the technician was in Athens and stated he would be headed this way after that job. Technician calls me at 723pm and ask me if I still want him to come I stated yes he then proceeded to tell me he dropped one of his techs off at the office and stated when he usually calls people this late at night that they normally tell him to reschedule and that he just didnt feel like work anymore tonight! Really Im so glad my wife took off work for this customer service. This company should be embarrassed of this employees no regards to customer retention I sure hope my home warranty company drops them as a provider and I hope this review reaches customers that wont just click on the call button. This technician is a complete embarrassment to this companyBusiness response

My name is ******************* Service manager and I spoke to the customer and he told me that the employee said he didn't want us to come out. I spoke to the employee and he stated that usually when he calls this late in the evening they don't want him to come out. He called at 703 pm and got no answer so he drove to shop and dropped off his help. I think it was taken out of context. The customer agreed to let us come out 3 days later and we ran the call customer was satisficed with work and was very happy with office staff and later that day I talked to him on the phone again to follow-up and he said he was going to contact the BBB and retract the complaint.
