We've been using Jackson plumbing for several years, and will continue to do so as long as possible. We never had anything but great service from their technicians, and have recommended them to several of our colleagues and friends.

I have used Jackson Plumbing, Heating , and Cooling for many years and have been completely satisfied with all the work: electrical, plumbing, and gas fireplace repair. Technicians are knowledgeable and personable. I will continue to use their services when needed and highly recommend them.

I had a leak in by downstairs bath. I removed the ceiling sheetrock as well as sheetrock in the wall of a upstairs bedroom but could not identify the leak,I called Jackson and scheduled a appt. They showed up and identified a pin hole leak and repaired it within ten minutes in a 1/2" fresh water supply line.A two dollar fitting and $360.00 later it was repaired. Which is outrageous!Since all plumbers are state licensed, I'll defiantly look elsewhere for future plumbing needs.

Recently had to have a gas leak repaired. The pipe from the meter into the house was leaking and had to be replaced. Technician gave quote of $1500. We were over a barrel and had to have the repair done. The job took about 3 1/2 hours for plumber and an aide and supplies were one section of pipe plus variou fittings. The remainder was labor and service call. Supplies were probably no more than $150-$200. I asked for an itemized invoice showing parts and labor breakdown but technician said they estimate by the job and would not provide a breakdown. I had the same problem when they replaced a tankless water heater a couple of years ago. The total cost of the job seemed very high when you consider the cost of the parts and total time spent. In both cases our backs were to the wall and we had to have the work done. If we had time to get multiple quotes I would have done so. But a gas leak was an emergency and a house without hot water is unlivable. On the positive side the technician and assistant were very capable and did an excellent job.

Excellent service and high quality workmanship. Ive used this company several times for plumbing, hvac and electrical work. The problem is always solved correctly on the first visit. I have always been impressed with the service technician sent to my home in terms of skill and professionalism.

I had a drainage pipe from the washer leaking from a cast iron pipe T. To just replace the ** the estimate was $475. The Jackson plumber recommended to replace the remaining cast pipe because it most likely would leak later. Sounded logical. The estimate to replace this remaining cast iron pipe was $2,140. The plumbers indicated it was a job that would take most of the day and possibly into the next day. Because of their expected number of hours to complete the job, 8 hours or more, the estimate seemed reasonable. They arrived about **** on Monday, 4/11/22, and were finished by 1:00 P.M. Because the job wasn't as labor intensive as the price indicated, I feel this job was overpriced by about $1,000. The workmanship of their work was good. I do not want or expect the money back. I agreed to the price. I just want future consumers to be aware that they not get a fair price for work performed from Jackson. Their cost estimate cost could be deceiving. I had probably spent $50-60K in plumbing cost with another company on several rental houses over 35 years. I little over a year ago, I stopped using that company because they wanted me to pay twice the amount of the estimate that they had provided before doing the work. Consumers beware, this may be a growing trend to charge exorbitant prices for work performed. I will keep searching for a plumbing company with fair price for service.

After dealing with stopped up toilets in our office a few times, I called Jackson Plumbling to come out with a goal of determining why we were having a recurring issue. The technicians from Jackson Plumbing arrived quickly and were extremely professional throughout their time on the job. Using state of the art equipment, they were able to identify the larger problem and have worked with us on a gameplan to correct the issues for good. I have the utmost confidence in Jackson Plumbing and highly recommend their services.

I am very sad to be forced to leave a negative review, but I feel a responsibility to other people to be aware of what happened to us. We have been loyal plumbing customers with Jackson for roughly a decade. There are several neighbors who are customers of Jackson specifically because we recommended them. They installed 4 of our toilets, 5 sinks, and outside faucets . We chose Jackson when we had a pipe burst in our kitchen and they did the repair. All these jobs were done with excellence. Unfortunately, due to living on Rainbow Mtn, we have to have a grinder pump. Jackson installed a new grinder pump in 2014. These pumps are very problematic--these are the recent repairs Jackson did: 6/24/21, $511; 2/11/22, $399; 3/21/22, $550. I called twice asking the owner call us. That was 2-4 weeks ago. Apparently we have been blown off and deemed not worth the time of a call. All I wanted to tell Mr. Jackson (which I did tell to the lady who took the call) is that it would be great if their plumbers would show a little foresight when installing or repairing grinder pumps since not having a functioning one is such a disruption and repairs are so expensive. When the grinder pump was installed in 2014, it would have saved us the repair cost of $399 if upon installation they had removed the rope that comes installed on the pump. The rope isn't needed because our pump isn't deep. The repair for $399 was only due to the rope getting all greasy, so it was removed (finally) on 2/11/22. At the time they came out for that repair on 2/11/22, when things were taken apart, it would have been great if the plumber had talked to us to say, "Look, we have everything taken apart, even though it isn't broken, would you like a new float installed?" We would have said yes. But that wasn't offered to us, so on 3/21/22 we had to pay $550 for them to take everything apart again to install a new float. But I didn't get an opportunity to have this discussion with Mr. Jackson because he never called.
