Subway at ***************************************************** ***** Phone# *************** Store#*****-0 I made an online order on 07-29-2023 at around 5:15. Subway is suppose to be opened till 8:00p.m. I was late to pick it up;(had been in the past, and had had no problems with it before). I arrived at 15 till 8:00 p.m. only to find the doors locked. I knocked and an employee came to the door and said'we"re closed.' so,I asked about my order and was promptly told that they had thrown it in the trash. I was not offered a refund or any thing else. They had not even attempted to call,text,nor email me to let me know they were closing and were about to throw my order in the trash,but had no problem taking my $22.98.
