I ordered 2 shirts plus received a free one on 5/27/24 and received them on 6/6/2024. My order was correct, however the tee shirt was way too long for me as I am 5'3" so I contacted Eternal Light via email and asked about the return policy and was told by ****** in an email on 6/18/24 and she gave me the address of where to return them for an exchange or "refunds are always an option!". I sent them, with the order number enclosed to the address she gave me and received notification from the **** that it was delivered on 6/17/24 @ 3:02 PM and left with an individual. I have sent a couple of other emails with my tracking # and delivery summary and asked when I could expect my refund. NO response from 3 different emails to different people within their customer service. I will not change this rating until I get my full refund. It is really too bad because I did like the shirts other than the length.Review from Gary B

My name is *******************. I made a Fathers Day order from eternal Light on May 28, 2024. My order was # EL-******* .Well it is **** 17,2024(20 days) and still havent heard a word from Eternal light. So I sure didnt get it by Fathers Day. I contacted Eternal Light this morning **** 17, 2024 and they told me ( sorry for the delay, that my order will ship today) well that doesnt mean anything to me) Eternal Light claims to be a Christian **** company but I dont think that what is going own right now is right. Eternal light is not treating me right and I have made many orders from them since my son passed in Feb of 2020. I just wanted to share my experience.Review from Pamela H

After not hearing any updates on my order, I Sent two emails and I have no response! Sent chat message on their website during their posted times of business hours, no answer! Messaged on their ******** business page, no answer! Just wanting to know when my order is being shipped! As I see on comments from their ******** advertisements there are So many customers not receiving their orders and when the customers email them, they are not answering their customers back. I understand when a ********************** may be backed up with orders, thats totally fine, But its the unanswered emails after days of trying to reach them, is the problem. I ordered on 5/28/24 it has now been 16 days/ 12 business days since my order. No excuse to not answer customers emails and give updates! Very unprofessional! ****** requested a refund yet but if I do and I do not get it I will be back to file another complaint!Review from Linda J

Ordered on 5/12/24. Still have not received order. Emailed, tried calling (no answer), texted, messaged. Received 1 generic email reply saying 1 item was made to order and would take 7-14 days. No communication or replies after that. I will dispute charge with my credit card company.Review from carrie s

you will never recieve. your order, yet the take the money immediately, try calling it directs you to email them, will only get email telling you ***** days, then they will not respond to any other email.Review from Christina I

I ordered the christian *** monthly subscription on April 2. It is now May 3 and have not received anything yet and they will not respond to my emails. The status just says received order. This *** with shipping was over $40.Review from Sue A

No order received. No response. I have emailed three times, attempted to send text message and sent message on messenger to no avail. I have not received my merchandise that has been paid for and they will not respond. When you call their phone all I get is a message that states to email them which they do not respond to. I paid $88.75 for tee shirts. I would give a 0 but not available. I have filed a dispute with my credit card companyReview from Cassie K

I ordered 3 t shirts March 18. My card was immediately charged . It is now April 1 and my order still has not shipped. I continue to receive emails and texts from them inviting me to buy more products but they have never shipped my first products. One shirt is a gift for my daughter . I contacted them via their social media but receive no replies. Very unhappy with this company.
