i lived there for TWO years with my partner. each year they raised the price of rent with nothing being done to justify the increase in pricesalmost $900 for a one bedroom one bath apartmentthe security deposit and the pet depositswhich we paid a total of $400 in total for a cat and a small dog, are a JOKE. we had to still pay almost $500 for carpet being replaced due to animal odor and damage OUT OF POCKET. so wtf were *********** for? why arent my PET DEPOSITS covering PET DAMAGES? two years we lived there the light above our stairwell was out and was out before we even moved in. found out from a friend who lived in the apartment previously. the ******** is extremely loose from the wall. that is extremely dangerous for the 90 year old family member that visits us often the floors are uneven there is water damage on the ceilings brown water spots everywhere in the apartment that someone just painted over the previous water damage spots with paint to hide them theres was a hole in the kitchen ceiling where bugs have come in from and still after work orders no one has come to even LOOK at it. we even had a rat climb up through our kitchen drain? we put in MULTIPLE work orders for the leaking ceiling for over a year and it took them a year to finally send someone after it had already formed a hole from the water leaking in our ac began to leak and we had put in three work orders when it started leaking and no one came out until the neighbor below us complained it was leaking into their apartment it left MOLD in the closet next to the ac unit that they never bothered to even try to clean and it looked like they just tried to paint over it instead of actually cleaning it up it also looked like they just painted the bathtub instead of replacing it and the paint started to chip up along with what look like wallpaper on the walls in the bathroom started to droop and come off of the walls above the tub after two years we finally decided to get a house and get the h*** out
