  We hired ***** Jones to build a new home in ***** ** in March of 2022. The construction was finally completed but with many issues during and after and still unresolved in March of 2023.We signed a builders contract with Jones , which then was breached by himself and his office manager **************** We where given specific allowances to what we could spend on each design detail and selections on the interior and exterior of the home. We took the time go and make our personal selection for our taste and what we where comfortable to spend and also cutting the cost of the home several thousand of dollars. We met with ****** and ******* the manger over construction, and we provided the documents and selections we had chose and to which vendor as well. We where assured that Jones construction would not spend any funds or make any Changes unless we agreed and signed off. We also had issues with getting the warranty work completed on things in the home. Jones had repeatedly refused to do any work and the work he had done has lead to other issues because the ********************* is not qualified or has the ability to do the repairs that are needed. We often feel concerned when hes here working on things because he seems to be slightly slower than most repair guy and his inability to complete any one task he has been given. We where also locked out of our home two months before we closed , and now we realize the reason for the lock out. Jones, and his team where putting in high in finishing and driving up the final sales price, that exceeded what our contract stated and we agreed to.Jones has been very intolerable, and also went as far as to stop from any necessary repairs from being done after we have closed . He does not warrant the home and makes unfounded accusations that we have threatened him and that they feel their lives are in imminent Danger and thats why he will not speak or fix anything. Unfortunately, the home is built, but not as it was intended.

  I am rejecting this response because: ***** Jones , has been very negligent throughout the building process and also breached our builders contract by overspending several Thousands of dollars on our home and also Jones was very deceptive on several occasions regarding financing and ******* money.
  

  We had to file a police report on one of Jones employees for taking documents from our home while doing some warranty work, which he actually made the repair much worse.. While the home was being constructed, we where locked out several months, which allowed Jones to change selections as far as flooring in the entire home was changed, cabinets and countertops went over budget and we did not approve such, Jones charged me **** for sod which he was liable for installing sod a certain amount of feet from the home  when new construction is being done and also when a mortgage is being done. We paid that amount of money but should have only been half. 

  Jones, had interfered with the ac company when we called to have them come out and look at the insulation that is blowing out of the vents , built telling the ac company not to warranty the ac. We have leaking doors and windows and Jones has not even attempted to look into after sending him emails and photos. 
  

  ***** Jones has been a very nasty and unprofessional and his temperament is concerning. He had been dishonest and boarder line criminal in some aspects. He and the lender that we were going to use until we realized that the loan coordinator was helping Jones by giving him our financial and personal information regarding our loan and financial situation. 
  

  I do not expect Jones to do anything at this point. He has not been transparent or honest about  anything. Jones deliberately destroyed our home by making it his own and we even have went as far as to list it and we have a contract on it. Because of hat this man has put us through , every time we walk in the home we see deception and dishonesty  on every single aspect of the home. This is not the first instance with dealing with the Jones family and we can say that the business practices that they ahear to is deprive, deceive, take, lie, and lie more . 
  

  We do not ever want to see this man, or his staff again. The things we have been put through is unprecedented and these people are best if they are ignored and avoided at all cost.
