Weed man worker came to spray for weeds in my yard. He didn't spray the entire portion of my yard and I now weeds there. I have used Weed man for several years and have never had a problem with them handling weeds. I called the company today August 7, 2023. My call was answered and I advised the operator that I still l have weeds in the area that I ask then to return and spray. I have used the weed man service for several years and their service and have had good weed control *************** few months. I called the office in ****** today around 3:00 Operator was nice she put me on hold to get a manager and after 30 or so minutes of holding on I hung up. I tried called back at 4:00 and no one answered the phone, According to my records I l have paid them for remaining of year and I want to get a refund if there is a refund due but because today August 7, I could not reach them again after holding on line.Business response

Unfortunately, the business operation you have submitted this complaint to does not own or operate a Weed Man Lawn Care business in the ****************. Weed Man *** is a franchise system, so most of the locations are independently owned and operated. Because of this, we can offer no further assistance than directing you to the proper location. Contracted with ******* on 3/9/2023 full service lawn treatmnet, fertlizing and areation for one year paying $1026.95. The contractor failed to eradicate any weeds from my lawn, refused to call me or correct the problem after 3 weeks of my daily calling to the office for ***** or ****************, principal owners. ******* came to the door on Friday April 7; 10:35 am as captured on door ***. Someone was home but the contractor left before anyone could get to the door. Office Manager stated he tried to call but his computer tablet had the old customers information still on his device and he did not try to get our number or call the correct number after he went to the office. This company is sloppy, does not have the correct customer in the techdnicians' device, will not reteurn calls, and owner refuses to make contact. The weeds in my lawn are terrible and ******* has done nothing about it. They just took my money and refuse to talk about the problem at hand. I feel I deserve a full refund for failure to provide weed control and failure to communicate after 3 weeks of multiple phone calls asking to speak to someone in management and/or the owner.
