In **************** case the campaign had not been completed. We informed ************ of this information.

We are very sorry, but we only can warranty what ********** policy states. This issue must be taken up with *********** A good number for them is **************.

Absolutely horrible sold me a vehicle that was not safe for the road. Showed me a clean car fax when I later found out it had an accident listed on the report. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I have had nothing but issues with the vehicle since I got it. Same day I drove off it nearly put me in the ditch so I called to say Im bringing it right back and was told its yours now. DO NOT BUY FROM DOTHAN KIA!! Finance manager said it was 98% fixed when it was not. Called again later to ask if he was going to finish fixing it and was told no.

Good afternoon. ********************************************** purchased the Jeep Wrangler on 4/15/22. At the time of purchase there was a couple of items listed on the we owe to be addressed prior to our customer taking delivery of the vehicle. This process took a couple of weeks, but the customer was ok with that because they did not want to miss the opportunity to purchase this vehicle that they really wanted. The vehicle that was purchased was a 2015 Jeep Wrangler with ****** miles that is lifted with bigger tires and wheels. A very attractive vehicle. At the time of purchase the customer has the opportunity to look over the vehicle themself or to have the vehicle inspected if they choose to do so. This opportunity is offered to every customer because we sell every pre-owned vehicle AS-IS. After the repairs were made the customer came into the dealership to pick up the vehicle. *************************, the General Sales Manager, discussed with the customer that the vehicle drove much better. However, did explain it was not perfect in his opinion because of the larger wheels and tires and it was a Jeep Wrangler with a lift. When a vehicle is altered from the factory specifications the driving and handling can change. ************************* did explain to the customer that he would allow them to drive the vehicle for the final time to determine if they wanted to proceed with their purchase agreement. The total time period at this point was approx. 2-3 weeks. He did tell the customer at that time that he would allow them the option of not proceeding with the purchase if they chose not to do so since they had not taken full delivery of the vehicle until this point. The customer then drove the vehicle for approximately 30 minutes and came back and said they wanted to keep the vehicle that they had purchased. ************************* said the customer was happy and took full delivery of the vehicle. At this time the Deal was complete.

Approximately 1 week later the customer contacted ************************* and said they wanted to bring the vehicle back. Our policy is once a customer has taken full delivery it is a done deal because all paperwork has been completed and sent off for titling purposes and financing purposes. He did at that time notify them he could not allow them to back out of the deal. He did make the comment to the customer that he had given them the opportunity to back out before taking full delivery, but at this point it was too late. ************** stated that the customer was not nice on the phone and then hung up on him.

Since that time, approximately 7 to 8 months ago we have heard nothing from the customer.

******************** is a very fair, customer friendly Automotive Dealership. We take pride in what we do for a living, and always have the customers best interest at heart. If the customer would like for us to help them trade the Jeep Wrangler for another vehicle, we will do our best to accommodate their needs. Thank you.

I was offered a free car wash while Dothan Kia changed my oil. Everything went smooth until I got into my car & water fell into my lap from the headliner. Spoke to service manager who was not helpful, spoke to his manager and he agreed to remove all stains from headline and fix it. I have picked my car up from being detailed and they did not fix anything. There is still water damage all over my car.

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/03/18) */ We offer everyone a complimentary car wash with a service. The customer was aware and accepted the fact that we were going to wash the car for free. It appeared to us that there was some water that came into the car after washing it. we were not made aware that the windshield had been replaced prior to the free wash. My employees made the customer aware that it appeared that the windshield was not installed correctly . However I am not here to do the blame game. We did clean the water as best as possible. If there are still marks we would be glad to take another look to see if there is something else we can do . However our main concern would still be that the customer has made sure that there is no further leak at the windshield area as well. Please contact ******* in our service department so that we can have another look. Thank you

My 2017 Sportage SUV started having issues coming home on Christmas night 2021. The check engine light started blinking and the engine started stalling. When coming to a complete stop, and accelerating again, for about 3/4 of a mile the car will only accelerate to 20 mph. When turning or going up and incline it will reduce to 20 mph as well. I have almost been hit multiple times due to this issue. I had my car at the dealership at 7:30 on Monday Dec 27, 2021 only to be told there is nothing they can do. It is a recall issue and Dothan doesn't have the tool to repair it, and then when they do get the tool, they are backed up at least a month. I was advised my SUV needed to be parked and not driven at all. I immediately requested a loaner or rental and even though the sales manager tried everything he could, the General Manager declined. As I was leaving the dealership, I did have an employee tell me that most likely the engine would need to be replaced. So they obviously know what is going on and trying to cover it up. I am a single woman with a single car. I do not have the means to pay $3,000.00 for a month for a rental car for a recall on my vehicle that isn't my fault. This is a safety hazard and Dothan Kia should make it right. They can sale the vehicle, but not take care of the customer for an issue that is Kia's fault.

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/01/04) */ We stated to ***** that the part to diagnose her vehicle was ordered but we had not received it yet. We said that we would diagnose it when we received the part, and help her in any way that we could. Her vehicle is out of warranty and per KIA she would need to have the vehicle towed in and be responsible for any tow bill. She advised us that she would be contacting an attorney and filing a lawsuit so stopped communication with here. We have since received the part we needed. If she is willing to agree, she can arrange at her expense to have the vehicle towed in and we will get it looked at this week. The dealership will not be providing a rental so she would need to make her own arrangements for alternate transportation. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/01/05) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Upon talking / txting a service technician, I was advised even when the tool came in that there was at least a month wait to even get it diagnosed due to so many cars / vehicles having this same issue. My car is out of original warranty but I purchased and extended warranty. This has NOTHING to do with a warranty. This is a recall from KIA, so therefore it has to be repaired. Therefore, since it is a recall, they should be providing a loaner / rental. They just want to make money Nd don't care about the customer after the sale. This was a safety issue from the start and they could care less. This car would literally stop / stall in the middle of driving. And Dothan KIA didn't / don't care. This is just a poor business to do business with.
