My husband called Walden Plumbing on 11/30 in reference to replacing a water heater. This company was referred to him by word of mouth. He called the business and spoke with them about replacing our water heater. This business never asked if it was an electric or gas heater. Upon arriving to our home, the technician asked if it was gas or electric, and it is gas. The tech said they do not work on gas. Then the tech charged $125 for arriving to the home, and telling him he does not work on gas heaters, when he DID NOT disclose this information over the phone. This is horrible business... a complete *****. This business is stealing money and lying by not disclosing information.Business response

We have reached out to this customer and have received no response. Immediately upon this being brought to my attention a refund was provided thru a credit card refund. My defense is this customer never once tried to call, text, email or contact us in anyway WHATSOEVER. Such a passive aggressive response is rather silly and unsettling.Customer response
