      They have had our camper since June. We had storm damage that required the awning to be replaced and replacement of the power cord. 1) When we dropped off the camper, one of their delivery drivers started yelling expletives at Rocky in Spanish thinking he didn't understand - driver gets escorted away and we were told that they have had a lot of problems with that driver. 2) They ordered the wrong awning (no lights), installed it, then tried to talk me into taking it instead of replacing it with the correct one (with built in LED lights). They said the would put stick on lights so they wouldn't have to uninstall. Argued back and forth, with insurance adjuster siding with us, and they finally agreed to order the correct one. 3) Never got a call this week to say it was done. Went to pick it up and the electric Jack doesn't work and the "new" power cord is separated at the plug (exposed wires). We ask to speak to the general manager about this because it's been nothing but problems this whole time. He makes us wait about 30 minutes, comes up with an attitude and condescending tone. He asked about what problems we've had and says he has only been there a month and half. When we start telling him, he responds with "oh I know about that" and "I don't know if it (the jack) worked or not, but we didn't do anything to it." He held a smile on his face, crossed arms, and smirked at our frustration. Customer service is severely lacking and because we don't have a brand new shiny camper we were treated poorly. By the way, they did offer to install a new jack if we bought it at full price and paid for full labor cost. Oh, and every time I spoke with someone the price increased. It went from $700 to almost $1500, but they couldn't give me a good reason why.

      Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2021/11/18) */ Camping World RV Sales, LLC ("CWRV Sales") is in receipt of the above-referenced consumer complaint (the "Complaint") recently filed with your office. We take all consumer issues very seriously and appreciate your office bringing this matter to our attention. CWRV Sales confirmed that the delivery driver was not associated with Camping World. The service never touched or did repairs to customer's jack. Due to the age of the camper and the jack being about 20 years old, it malfunctioned. As a good will gesture to assist the customer, we agreed to pay for the labor costs to have a new jack installed. It is up to the customer to pay the costs of the jack of their choosing and we will assist with installation charges. To that end, we consider this matter closed. Nothing in this correspondence shall be construed as an admission of fault or liability with any issues raised in the Complaint or statements made by ********* ********. Respectfully, CWRV Sales Consumer Response /* (3000, 10, 2021/11/19) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) The front jack on the camper is about 5 years old and should still be in working order. According to phone conversation with case manager at Camping World corporate office, the issue is going to be investigated further.
