              We purchased home under warranty from *************** that installed Legacy cabinets. Our master bath vanity was obviously painted at factory and did not cure. The finish is wearing off. We contacted *************** who simply said cabinets not covered under warranty. We asked only for a pint or quart of touch up paint so we could fix it ourselves. We were told to contact Legacy. We did. They contacted *************** who again refused to get us touch up. Their response was to take a door off and color match it. This can go wrong in many ways due to sheen/finish etc. the warranty rep **** just kept repeating cabinets not covered. We are simply needing a pint or quart of touch up paint from cabinet company.

              Cheap cabinets at a premium price. Lacking quality in important areas like rails. They are literally not attached. this is supposed to keep the drawers "floating" . How does that make any sense? The installer drilled a drawer front incorrectly so he just bent the pull to fit the holes instead of ordering a new front. Overall, I couldn't be more unhappy. I have put in a lot of kitchens in my life and ********** and lowes have better cabinets for the same money. ****** learned.
