Overcharged for transmission filter and fluid change almost 200 dollars without telling me upfront what the cost would be. Stated by phone that they work on transmissions but when I got there it was a different story. Had to have my truck towed off from there shop would not recommend using .

Customer requested to have the filter change and was quoted over phone the exact amount he was charged instore and told up front it was no guarantee what he was asking for would fix his issue.
The customer first wanted a torque converter installed and quoted the price, due to the cost he said he wanted to try the filter and fluid. At no point did we say we work on transmissions, we told him up front we can replace the transmission, we can change a filter and gasket and could do a torque converter but we do not work on the actual transmission.
The customer declined the original job he requested because it was not in his budget. He also declined replacing the transmission because he didn't feel it was worth it.

The customer was given a quote in all work and never complained till after the work he requested did not fix his issue. We even took off some money to help him out.

The job called for .98 hours, 8 qts of mercon vI transmission fluid a filter and gasket kit, where his labor cost was only $98, and the rest was parts, tax, hazardous waste fee and shop supplies.

Unfortunately you where told the price over the phone and actually charged less. You paid under the national average .
When you called you asked for a torque converter to be replaced, we determined that would not help you out and you would need a transmission. You where told by the owner, and technician that changing the filter and fluid would more than likely not help, but you wanted to try it and see.

You where never told we work on transmissions but was told we can swap out the converter, pan gasket, filter and fluid for you.

You where sent screen shots of the part for what we paid vs what you paid and showed you that you couldn't pick the parts up cheaper at the store your self. You was sent a screen shot from Google showing how much cheaper we where based on the nation average.
