Let me tell you just how great these people are! Ive been desperately looking for a specific firearm for a couple of weeks now. I happened upon this store while searching the manufacturers website for ANY dealer within the state of this particular item. I quickly messaged Guns R Us via ******** to see if the item was available and if so, what the store hours would be today. The co-owner, ****, promptly messaged back with the store hours and the telephone number to call & ensure the item was in stock. Within a few seconds of sending the original reply, **** immediately followed up with a sincere apology and informed me that the store was actually closed today for the Christmas weekend. I was so disappointed. SO DISAPPOINTED. I really wanted to have this item wrapped under the tree for my husband. **** could tell that I was desperate & heartbroken, so he messaged me back again and told me that he would drive the 20 minutes from Enterprise to **** and open the store for me so that I could make the purchase!!! YALL!!!! This man went out of his way for me on Christmas weekend to make sure that my family had a great Christmas! He left his own family on his day off to help me! Not only was he so kind and helped me with everything that I needed, he was so knowledgeable & accommodating that I ended up buying two firearms from him! I am so very pleased with my items, the price, and especially the absolutely AMAZING customer service. I can assure you that I will be back!!! Please dont hesitate to take your business to Guns R Us in ****! You will NOT be disappointed!!!
