Went to look at a used car from this dealership. They were asking 10k for the vehicle. Ive purchased over 8 vehicles from this dealership in the last 10 years, and have a relationship with the salesman. Explained to salesman we were in kind of a hurry as it was lunch time. Explained we would be willing to pay 8k for the vehicle. Explained we were not there to haggle, but if they took the offer great if not its ok too. Sales Manager came out of his office and asked us (rudely) where we came up with the 8k figure. We stated thats what we felt comfortable paying for the vehicle. He went on to talking about nada * kbb * etc. we explained the same as we told the salesman. Willing to spend 8k but we were in a hurry. If they took the offer wed sign, and come back after lunch, but if not its ok well keep looking. Sales manager stated and i quote apparently youre not here to buy a car. We explained we were in a hurry, and dont feel the car is worth more then 8k. And we started to walk away to leave. Sales manager rolled his eyes and started walking away and stated just leave and a few other rude comments. This all happened in under 10 min. I have never been so disrespected by a company. I said excuse me wtf, there is no reason to treat anyone like that. I then asked other sale team members and other patrons nearby if they heard what he said to make sure I wasnt over reacting, and a few ppl spoke up. I was then asked to leave by another sales manger, and on my way out a guy behind the desk said dont come back I will say sorry to anyone for using profanity, but the total lack of professionalism is appalling. No one should ever go to this Toyota dealership.

On 16 Dec. 2021 I dropped my 2014 Lexus IS250 off at Bondy's Toyota for service based on the sticker in the window and the maintenance indicator light inside my car. I've been taking my car to Bondy's Toyota for services since mid to late 2015. Mr. ******* *******, Assistant Service Manager stated their system only goes back 3 years. Same routine, I drop off and wait for a service manager to contact me to let me know what is needed for that service. Not once had I ever been told I did not need an oil change or my vehicle only required an oil change every 10,000 miles instead of 5,000 miles. On 17 Dec. 2021 I received a phone call from Mr. ******* ******* stating that I did not need an oil change for this service but my tires needed to be rotated and it was time for new tires. I was puzzled because this was the first time, I've dropped my car off and was told that I did not need an oil change. I asked him how was this possible because I've been bringing my car in for service with them since 2015 based on the sticker in the window and the maintenance indicator in the car. When I arrived to pick-up my car, I asked Mr. ******* if I could speak with the manager because I wanted to know how or why this is allowed to happen. I explained to Mr. ******* and Mr. **** ********, the Service Manager that I've been bringing my car here for service because they're the subject matter experts on vehicles not me. Mr. *********' excuse, "we do whatever the customer requests and offered no apology or satisfactory reason. I informed him that I would be reporting this issue and he looked surprised and said to me as he walked off for "Over-servicing". But at my expense, not Bondy's Toyota. I believe I was taken advantage of because I am female. He never offered an apology and seemed perfectly okay with losing my business. I will not be purchasing another vehicle or have my car serviced at Bondy's Toyota again. I'll let every Soldier I service know about my experience.
