Me and my family got food there on Friday *** **** 2022 at **** pm. We live a pretty good way from ******* so we get home and my husband is passing out the plates and my food is not in the bag which was a 3 piece fish combo. When I tried to call back they were closed so I called at 10:30 am that Saturday. Spoke to a young lady not manager she took my name and number down and said a manager will call me. I had to call in about 2:20 p.m after not hearing from anyone and I hear manager say tell her I need receipt code I wasn't at the house then so when I got back which was Maybe like 20 minutes from the last call. I called to give the order number off the receipt and the young lady told me the manager left and told her he talked to me which he did not. I called later that Saturday night and the same pleasant young girl told me she told the night manager and the lady looked at her and said okay and didn't do anything. I'm to the point where I am about to get very angry because they are blowing it off. I have no reason to lie I paid 96.81 for the whole meal I ordered what I wanted to eat for 13.99 didn't get to eat it and now they aren't trying to honor it in no way shape or form so that's why I am reaching out to you now because trying to get a corporate number was not successful can yall please help me because now I just want a refund and I'll never eat at the restaurant in Eufaula, Alabama ever again due to the fact of how they handled this poor customer service.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 12, 2022/06/18) */ The customer did place an order and it was a mistake on our part that we missed giving her one plate less than what she ordered. We unfortunately could not respond to her phone calls right away. The manager personally called her and apologized multiple times to sort out the matter. Ms. Jessica had responded by stating that we do not need to worry and it happens during busy hours. The manager resolved the matter with Ms. Jessica by asking if she wanted her original food order or a refund, and she chose to accept food. Since she was not available to come during the weekdays, she dropped by during the weekend to get her food and the cashier for that day called the manager to inform that the customer came by. The customer took her food order that day and the cashier can serve as a witness as well that we had prepared the food and once again apologized to her for the inconvenience she had to undergo. To summarize, the customer did come to our location and picked up her food to rectify the mistake made previously during rush hour. But today, we have received this complaint and we just wanted to take the time to explain what happened and that the matter has been resolved. Thank you for taking the time to read our take on the matter at hand and we hope it helps to better clarify what happened.
