Mann's Bait has been operating a web site collecting orders for their products and accepting payments while being out of business. I purchased 6 lures in order #**** on ** **** **. Got an email back the next day listing what I ordered & said order was paid and awaiting processing. Expected delivery in 5-7 days. Never received my order & can't reach them by out of order phone numbers and discontinued email. I just read where others had the same problem. Appears they have been accepting orders & keeping the money. My order was for $41.34. Please stop them!!!Customer response

Made an online order with this company in early October with the understanding that this would take 5-7 business days to ship. Order has been processed and credit card charged yet I have nothing in ship status. Countless phone calls and emails to resolve and no response from anyone. Status of order states processed awaiting shipment and hasn't changed. All phone numbers for this company are out of order or busy. Emails to all possible email addresses found nothing returned.Initial Complaint

Made an online order #**** in the amount of $90.06 on *****/23. I was shown that the order would be sent in 5-7 business days. When I look up the on-line order it states that it is "still processing". There are two phone numbers on their website and neither one of them work. I have sent over five emails to them asking for an update and have heard nothing back. I contacted ******* ******* City Council and asked if they were still open, and they didn't know either but had heard multiple complaints. Don't get me wrong, I love their product. But I was hoping to give this as a gift, but it doesn't look good! I would love to have my money back, but more importantly hope people don't make the same mistake I did and look forward to receiving anything and then not be able to reach anyone!! On *****/23 I placed two orders with Mann's Bait Company over the Internet: Order **** ($137.80) and Order **** ($20.77). Upon receipt of the orders, my credit card was charged immediately by the company. However, I still have not received my merchandise. The company claims a 5-7 day turnaround time upon receipt of an order. It's now been more than 9 weeks and the order still has not been filled. I tried calling them several times, but the Customer Service number does not work. It goes directly to a busy signal. I emailed Customer Service twice to check on the status of my orders and they never responded. I'm seeking a complete refund from the company.
