I had ordered a ********** **** unit over a year ago, due to challenges it finally arrived at my dealer in ********. I picked it up new in box ************ 25th and begain installing ********** (boat was in winter storgage and just got it home April 10th). The unit did not load or work and ********** technical service has directed me to ship the product at my cost to a service center for repair. The closest is a 7-8 hour drive. This is not acceptable, it is brand new, did not work and they want me to send it for repair. I would like to have a full refund on this product or a new product shipped to me as a replacement and postage to send the current product back. I do not see this as a warranty claim, this is a brand new product that did not work. I want a replacement product not a repaired model or unit as I have not used this or will I be able to use. Replace the product or refund my money.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/04/19) */ Mr. ***** has been contacted by both about***********************************. He is being sent a Call Tag and a replacement product. Once his return is received we will be testing for root cause of the issue.
