1. Countertop should fit tand cover the cabinet, without significant gaps
2. Corners of the countertop should align with the measured cabinet it sits upon
3. Edge of countertop overhang should be a consistent measured depth all along the visible front edge
4. Backsplash be measured to accomodate the wall mirror measurement, not caulked ONTO the face front of mirror's decorative frame
5. Professional attitude of the installer (ie not blaming other member of team; obviously hurried and irritated with product issues)
6. Company sends installers that can recognize products incorrectly prepared (both countertops), and contact the project manager
7. Sufficient crew to handle obviously difficult, heavy object without having the need to request the owner to assist.
8. Not paying significant money for an obviously incorrectly sized, poorly installed product
The product and installation I described may be typical of Kitchen & Bath Center's practice, but do not appear to meet local industry quality and standards.

When writing my initial review, I was not sure that the Kitchen & Bath Center company was clear about all the issues with my project.
I had sent pictures via my initial contact representative.
Although it was a distressing experience for me, the company has just provided compensation, unsolicited, for the issues.
That was surprising and unexpected.
While I rated this particular project as "2-stars", Kitchen & Bath Center apparently stands behind their service.
The owner (or project manager?) of this K&BC clearly has "5-star" integrity. Thank you.
