Same fraudulent billing that others describe. Billed ******** for 9 months of intermittent urinary catheters that I did not receive. Reported this to ******** as fraud. ******** agent said they would put an alert on the company. Also reported this to my secondary insurance.Review from John M

Ditto for me with my healthcare insurance accounts on the fraud reporting front. Received ******** Summary Notice 2 days ago showing multiple charges from this Express Healthcare *** for catheter supplies from last year, 2023, and this year, all of which are bogus. Today I received EOB from my supplemental ******** insurance provider for same. Charges of $2,940 per month for 10 months. I don't use or need these supplies, and clearly they were never ordered by any of my providers and I certainly never received them. I called and reported the suspected fraud to ******** the day I received the Notice listing these misbegotten charges and will do the same tomorrow by calling the supplemental insurance plan company about the fraud.Review from Ke K

Ditto to all the reviews thus far. They billed MC for 300 Intermittent Urinary Catheters PER month from June of 2023 to March of 2024 and I don't use them or I have never received them. I reported them to MC and urge everyone to do so. THIS IS FRAUD!Review from Lois B

My sister for whom I have power of attorney had 10 months of urinary catheters billed to ********* She is in *********** and has never had any urinary catheters ordered for her care.Looks like we have another fraud here.Review from Justin P

Allegedly *** has shut them down. Operation out of ************* likely. Est. 500 million taken in 2 months. Likely no one will be caught. Nothing compared to ******* and what is about to happen.Review from Cole S

Me too! They're billing both ******** and my secondary insurance for catheters every month. We're up to $29,400 and counting. I've contacted ******** and they're investigating--let's hope these people get caught!Review from Rebecca P

My wife also received a ******** Summary Notice showing that Express Healthcare **** ************************************************************************************* had charged ******** for 200 Intermittent urinary catheters for ***** July, August, September, October, November and December of 2023 and charging ******** $13,020.00 for those 7 months of catheters with ******** paying $10,207.68 and a maximum you may be billed of $2,604.00. Express Healthcare *** billed ******** for 200 Intermittent urinary catheters for ******** February and March of 2024 a total of $5,580.00 with ******** paying $4,374.72 and a maximum you may be billed of $1,116.00. The supplies were ordered by *******************. My wife has never heard of ******************* or Express Healthcare *** and does not use catheters. This looks like an attempt to defraud ********.
