During the 2019 ******* ** Motorcycle Rally, my husband had the LED underglow lighting system stalled on my motorcycle by Light Rider LEDS. For over the last year, we have attempted to get *********************** to replace the module that operates the system (without it, it isn't work). He stated last year he would be at the Rally and he never was - nobody there in his place either. After conversation back and forth, he finally said that I had to return the faulty one, which was done and sent by courier ******** He stated that he would send a replacement once he received the faulty one. He has not honored the lifetime warranty that the paperwork states and he is ignoring message requests and we have tried calling him and no answer, no response. We have been completely ignored. Seeking either full reimbursement for the faulty system (copy of invoice available) or replacement of the faulty module with a brand new working module. I am attaching a copy of the sales order, the ******** Messenger ************* ***** Bill of Lading with proof of delivery and shipment details.
