My wife and I have basically been held hostage by this business for 4 months so far. Lots of calls, lots of excuses, but still waiting to get all repairs completed, and repairs that are supposed to be under warranty. I have even made calls to Bullfrog Spas and documented my concerns but they cannot do anything. If you are reading this and had the same experience, maybe we can form a group of dissatisfied customers and get something done. There other platforms with other complaints as well . We have resolved the issue regarding the customers spa. When the customer experienced a power surge, the spa went out and we ordered the power pack to make the repair. When the power pack arrived, we scheduled and went out and made the repair. Upon making this repair, another issue was discovered that we again had to order parts for. This issue was a secondary auxiliary control that did not affect the operation of the spa. The spa has been operational since installing the new power pack. We regret that all repairs were not made in as quickly a time frame as the customer had hoped, but also want them to understand we will always take care of them. We always do right by our customers and work very hard to meet the expectations of everyone who entrusts us to provide products and services. We have rectified this issue and want to ensure the customer that any further issues going forward will be addressed and repaired in a timely manner.Customer response
