At the beginning of April we had tornados, high speed winds, causing a lot of damage. We did not have any damage to our property, until the tree professionals dropped a tree on our fence in the back yard. It was suspended by a power line that was damaged from the storm. They attempted to remove the tree and dropped in on my fence. Leaving a massive hole in the fence. The crewman said he spoke with his boss and that they would send someone to fix the fence. It's been over a month, and I've called twice a week to get in touch with them and I always get the same response from a secretary, "I'll call you back." Never to hear from them. They damaged my property. They have ignored my calls to get information, and my attempts to communicate to fix the issue. It's not right.Business response

When the first call to our office was made about this situation there was a misunderstanding about what the caller was needing/concerned about. Our office was under the impression that the customer was needing a tree removed from her fence that had fallen during the storms that had come through. Our office put the caller's info into our system as we do all leads. It was not until a few calls after that our office come to the understanding that we had damaged the fence cutting trees for the power line company. There was clarification made and our office proceeded by reaching out to the coordinator in charge. The coordinator in charge assured ** that he had reached out by phone a few times to the customer with no answer. He also visited the house in effort to fix the issue, but no one was available at home. This issue has not been ignored. Tree Pro has been in contact with customer over this issue and will gladly resolve the issue.
