              I placed an order with this Funeral Home in January of 2022. I was told it would take 6 months to receive the order but i had to pay $150 first. I called them in May of 2023 inquiring about my purchase. I was told every day for over a week that I would get a phone call back. I never did. I called more than 10 times. I was then told that they had received my order and would deliver it to my home address. It was never delivered. I have called several times and keep getting lied to about my purchase. I keep getting told that they would send it to me. I just want my money back.

              Engraving is inferior and incorrect on Niches. Purchased two niches 2/03/22 with the understanding from ************************************* Director to contact Engraver with my engraving wishes. Mr. ****** was to get back with me to go over my first and last names. This never happened and when I visited the niche a few weeks ago the lettering was very small on my first name, and maiden name and married name were backwards. Also no birth date. My son's niche also had small lettering and no birth date. I talked to a *********************, Manager twice about this problem in the last 4 weeks. ****************** promised to follow up on this problem and try and correct it. Still no return call. I understand from two years ago the engraver is a traveling truck driver that visits the cemetery when his route takes him to *****,Al. AL I want is to have the proper lettering and size of letters put on the two niches. I am not satisfied with the engraving services offered by Pine Rest Funeral Home, Foley AL. All I want is to sit down with the Funeral Director and have the Names resized and placed correctly on stone.
