March 23, 2024 my son and I went to Anthonys for him to get fitted for a tux for his senior prom. He was measured and we paid $219 and wasnt given a receipt that I didnt notice at the time. They told us that we would be called for him to come in to try the tux on to se if it needed to be sent back for adjustments. A week before the prom we started calling them and I would message them and they said that it would be here soon and they would call. The day of the prom comes and we are waiting for his tux. Whenever they finally arrive, all he has is a pair of fitting pants and a jacket. There was no shirt, bowtie, or shoes. He was not able to wear the tux. I want a refund for the price of the rental. I wish my son could receive compensation for a ruined night his senior year!
