A typed check has cleared my account and is fraudulent. It is a typed check and my signature on the check is typed. I never signed or authorized this payment. It is check # ***** and is for $181.28. I have never done business with this company and it is fraud. I have called the bank 12 times and left 4 voicemail messages at 2 different branches. No one will call me back. Help!!Business response

Winsouth Credit Union understands that ****************** is frustrated with a situation she believes is fraud and has processed through her account. Winsouth has reached out to ****************** over twenty times from three different employees and also through text messages as we were unsuccessful in reaching her by phone most of the time. When we did speak to the member we confirmed which transactions were frustrating her and offered two solutions. First, since it was determined this member had previously received money from this company one month earlier, we offered as her financial institution to send the check back as a stop payment if the member would just come to a branch and sign the form required to give us authorization or we offered to send the member our documentation that showed where she received the money from the loan company and let her work with them. We look forward to solving this issue for this member and apologize for the process being delayed with poor communication.
