Please do not hire him for showers! I hired him to install a walk-in shower for me. He charged me $3,000, but he left a big gap between the the shower walls and the base. He did not make the walls flush with the base. He blamed it on the design flaw, but several professionals said it was his mistake and that they could fix it.

We initially called BS Plumbing because my husband found water on the basement floor and felt that it had been leaking from the bathtub directly above that area. There were also repairs needed in another bathroom. Water from the shower head continuously sprayed without being turned to shower while running water into the bathtub and with issues from previous repairs and attachments. ******** analyzed, found the problems, and thoroughly repaired everything in a timely manner without excessive cost. He was very friendly, answered all our questions and gave helpful and much needed advice. We highly recommend BS Plumbing and will definitely call again.BS Plumbing Response

We recently had BS Plumbing install a gas tankless water heater. The installation went smoothly, and the invoice exactly matched the quote.
When we had issues with the unit, Brad came out multiple times to try to figure out what was wrong. He even called the manufacturer and was willing to push for a replacement unit if needed. It turned out that the issue was with our local gas company. The gas company came out and fixed their issue and now, the unit works great.
Neither Brad or anyone working for him questioned that we were having issues and would quickly schedule a time to come back out. He even called us after he knew the gas company had been out, to make sure the unit was working properly, and we were happy with the new unit.
Not many companies still offer this level of customer service. We have other plumbing projects and will most definitely call BS Plumbing to do the work.
