On June 8th I went for a single car wash, I did not sign up for a monthly plan. They have been charging my card for 4 months, and the account is even in someone elses name that has been getting car washes. I have been to the business multiple times. They cancelled the card on that account but could not give me a refund. The manager there said I would have to contact someone in corporate. Their is nothing they can do for me. They have no working phones at any location or customer service. I have wrote them on social media, emailed them and tried to speak to them on their website site via live agent but I have never actually got in contact with them to settle the matter.Initial Complaint

On Dec19,I went to car wash the price had gone up but attendant said I could get a one month unlimited for $19.99. No mention of any long term month by month commitment, nor was I given any paper work. A sticker was applied to windshield and I used it 4-5 times that month .My debit acct was charged $19.99 on Jan19 and on Feb21 : I have phoned and cancelled but no one think'sI am due a refund. A customer service rep. ************ said he would submit for refund on Feb 24. My acct was charged w/o my permission. I wonder how many times this has happened. I missed it on my Jan **** acct but saw it on Feb. any help or just let others know of this situation. Unable to get **** info w/o too much other info shown
