Tried of them making threats towards my SSI check and my husband's check too I have gotten a car from them on September 3rd and took it back on September 30th I put ****** down on the Kia **** 2015 and they refused to show me the car fax on it well I've had 3 mechanics looked at it and told me the cars been in flood waters it's got sand and rocks on the hood of it and there ripping people off if y'all need more copy's of the *** I got some paper work on itInitial Complaint

I purchased a car from Carmart on 4-30-22. Beginning within 30 days of purchase I started having issues with vehicle. Numerous issues, some multiple times. There were 3 recalls on the vehicle. Recalls are free to be done. VIN should have been entered into manufacturer website before being sold to see if there were any recalls and if they were done. Problems arise when recalls aren’t done. The vehicle also had no spare tire or “donut” no tire tool or jack. The roadside service provided by Carmart is a joke. Took over 3 hrs to get to my location when I had a flat tire on 6/15/22. That is when I discovered that I did not have a spare tire, jack, etc. I had to pay $100 for a tire and installation. My car just broke down yesterday with the same issue that I had less than 2 weeks ago. I work 3 jobs to pay for this car and two of those jobs require that I have a vehicle. Not only have these issues with my car cost me $$$ for repairs/towing but also let SS in wages. I would not wish what I have went through with Car-mart on my worst enemy. I want Car-mart to be held accountable for the issues that I have had. They sold me a “lemon”. I should not be reimbursed for money I have spent and Car-mart should have to cover any outstanding balances I have. They are definitely not a reputable business in my opinion.Business response

Our policy is to deliver the best possible customer service to our valued customers. This is accomplished through building individual relationships with each of our customers. We will be contacting our customer to address his/her concerns directly.

I am rejecting this response because my car broke down AGAIN within 30 minutes and f picking it up. Carmart towed car back to same mechanic who bypassed the brake sensor and messed the car up even more. I requested with Carmart to please take to dealership to be fixed correctly. They denied my request and I informed them that I would not make another payment on car until the t was fixed correctly and completely. They refused to do anything else to assist me and subsequently got the car from the shop that was a certified business for repairs with them.
