I had machen plumbing put in new sewer lines in my yard because I was having issues with my toilet backing up in my shower. They came out to start the repair on December 20th. On December 30th the owners Associate **** had me come out and take look at the work they had done. He said they were finished with everything except for leveling the yard when I arrived, the job wasn't complete because the yard was not leveled from them tearing up the yard to put in new pipes. **** asked me to make the payment that day and I agreed because **** assured me, he was going to finish the yard that evening, but ***** wasn't available to take the payment over the phone. ***** never called me to the payment the next day as he said he would. I went to the house again on January 1st and sent ***** another email. ***** told me the weather hadn't been good and as soon as the weather was better, they would go back out and fix the below issues. I emailed ***** again on January 10th and he said he was still waiting on the yard to dry. I then emailed him again on January 25th and asked him when will he go out to level my yard, so that I can pay him for completing the job and he still hasn't answered me. I told ***** that if he couldn't level my yard I would need to hire someone to do it and take it out of what I owe him. I also let him know I was having issues with my shower draining slow and it's backing up I thought running new sewer lines to my whole house would have solved this issue, but I didn't get a reply back to my email. They also ran a new gas line to my water heater, but they didn't complete the job and light the water heater so I can have hot water. I texted *****'s associate **** on January 22nd to ask him if he completed the gas line and he told me that he believes it's complete but he would prefer to be the one to light it to ensure it's okay. **** hasn't showed up to complete this task, so I still don't have hot water in my house. I would like ****** to complete the job.
