Financed us a car 9 days later said my social is wrong and took the car but on the repossession order and the financing app and contract my social security number is correct Phyllis said me and my wife would have to deal with the finance company it's not her problem we called west lake financial out of las Angelas California and they said it's a problem we have to take up with the dealer that we are not in there system after they have been looking us up all day in there system so we contacted Phyllis again and she said we will not get all of our down payment back that's not how this worked while laughing and screaming at us over the phone also while we was going over the contract at home my wife Jamie pierce-Ford notice Phyllis had signed both mine and her names on one of the documents that we was supposed to sign ourself. Went in today and they gave 3500 back but took 2500 for the days we had the car and the mileage on the car when they should have never released the car to us.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/08/04) */ Attached you will find our response letter to Mr. G*******'s complaint. As well you will find attachments that support the contents of our response. These are provided to you alone since they contain information that would identify the complainant. They are provided to also show this complaint is without merit. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2021/08/04) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) We should have been fully refunded and never charged for a repossession fee as we were not the ones who bailed out of the agreement in all reality it was westlake and Phyllis said we had to sign the agreement to get any type of refund and on top of that we was never informed of the charge for the repo when all she had to do was call us and say what was going on and we would have went to the lot with the car and I also contacted the ssa and they verified that I have no other social security numbers under my name and annual credit report.com verified that also and I do have a copy of all 3 reports and we also shouldn't be charged for mileage as we never bailed out on the agreement westlake did
