We called about a Traverse we saw on their website. It listed the vehicle at $12,300. Asked was it available and that the correct price. Was told it was being cleaned up and yes it was available and that would be the correct price if that is what is listed. We test drove the car. Decided it was something we liked. Started to get ready to buy and the Sales Manager, **** tells our Salesperson that price is not right. We go to ask why is it over $2600 more than what is listed online. He says he had no way of know what it would value at until they inspected it. He admits he was the one that put it on there. We asked didnt they have to stand behind what they advertised? He jumps up like he wants to fight and says he is the sales manager there and that is the price he wasnt going to argue. We werent arguing, just not understanding why when we called an hour before and was told all was right. Then when we get there they wait until we get ready to do the paperwork and it is $2600 more. I told him nice attitude there. We went to the sister company and they **** ** a lower price than he did for the same car still $1,000 higher but they then explained they sometimes that is rebates. He told them they couldnt sell it to **. And forbid them to sell anything to **. **** is very unprofessional , he tries to bully the customers. And then I find out from friends and other people that worked there, he does this to customers all the time. He is going to cause someone to go crazy one day. He is so rude and hateful. All it would have took was him saying sorry about that mix up. Lets see what we can do to get you in this vehicle. But instead he jumped up ready to flex his muscles that he dont have. I have worked in the public and also in sales and have never met anyone that treated a customer the way he did **. We were told one thing on the phone. Nothing was different when we got there. But was when he went to do paperwork.
