              They do NOT offer free cancellation as they claim. If you decide to cancel after the first 25 hours of booking, you will NOT get your full downpayment back. Your check in date may be as much as four months away and you will NOT get your full downpayment back. They are running a scam and they now it.

              At time of booking, back on 3/6/24, the guest received our rental contract with terms, including the cancellation policy, saying we keep $45 of their $200 initial payment if they chose to cancel after 24 hours of booking and before 30 days of arrival. The guest cancelled 30+ days from arrival, so we refunded $155 of the $200 initial payment per our rental contract with this guest (only a $45 cancellation fee was held). This guest signed our rental contract and even initialed the cancellation paragraph of our rental contract,so they indicated they understood our terms back in March 2024. Our booking and cancellation terms are very clear, no scam here. We even decided to give the guest their $45 cancellation fee back because the booking site they used made it confusing indicating free cancellation. This guest was given a full refund.Nowhere on our website or in our rental contract do we discuss free cancellations. We apologize for any confusion, but need people to understand that this is in no way, shape or form a scam.
