My husband and I brought them a motorcycle to have a little bit of work done. All we needed was a tire replaced(we had the new tire). We also requested them to bleed the brakes on the front and back and add a tag holder to the back of bike. We brought them the bike on a Thursday at lunch. They told us it should be ready Thursday evening,if not early Friday. We called them Friday and they said it should be ready Friday around 2 they called us back and told us that they were having problems putting the tire on and started telling us other stuff they felt like needed replaced we told them that we wasnt interested in fixing the rest we just wanted what was originally request to be done. They kept going on and on about the extra stuff they want us to spend money on. My husband finally said Im just gonna come get the bike. We got there and they had warped the metal tag holder plus they had busted the front fairing. They said they would replace the tag but the front fairing they would not. Me and my husband has just spent well over 500 on the plastics for them to bust one and tell us they didnt do it. My husband explained to them that he had literally just put the plastics on and they were brand new so we know it wasnt done before we brought it to them. This is a joke for a company. You request them to fix a few things and instead of them fixing them they tear up more items and dont intend on fixing them unless you pay for what they say needs to be fixed on YOUR bike. Plus when my husband was explaining to them about the fairings the guy he spoke to told him he didnt need to worry about the farings/ plastics ( they said you need to worry about the stuff we found thats wrong with the bike. UM excuse me whos working for who we bring you something to be fixed and your demanding us to pay for other things that YOU think needs to be fixed and because we say we had rather not you do more harm to our property! These people are very money hungry and are very disrespectful
