      I had a kid at B's replace my flat tire with a used one for $35, which I thought was great on my limited budget, and went on my way only to have it go flat on me within 2 hours miles from their shop in the middle of a job, so having to drive back to them on the rim cost me money. The tire was the only one they had, so they offered a new one for almost 3x the amount. Having a retail background, I expected at least a small discount on the new tire for my inconvenience at being sold such a faulty tire that it didn't even last a day, but was sternly condescended to about how expecting any quality or even a 30 day warranty was unreasonable and that I could either take the new tire with $35 dollars off (just a refund on the bad used tire) or I could go somewhere else. Way to stand behind your service, so I was forced to take the $95 new tire. It is what it is. So $95 x 9% sales tax is $103.55 and then minus the $35 for the faulty tire comes to $68.55. Yet, when I got the invoice, it was $74.72. What? That's because I was charged sales tax AGAIN. When my car was finished, I brought this up with one of the higher *** to get it fixed, but was told to take my invoice and get my car the h*** out of their shop. I've never been treated so badly by an establishment. There was a time years ago when they were great, but the last few years they have been awful, so do yourself a favor and stay away. There are plenty of better options in the area.

      How to begin. Well, it went well up until the repairs were complete. Had issues with coolant leaking. Tested found out it was the water pump needed to be replaced. Got it replaced, new thermostat, hoses, belt, and an oil change.

      Wrong oil was used [although I bear responsibility for not specifying the correct weight their computer reads to add a very low weight oil for a 22 year old jeep]. So I had to pay for the wrong oils used. My fault just unexpected.

      All the other parts were replaced and working properly. Next day the top of the radiator blew up. Now I have coolant all over the place, cannot drive the vehicle, and now I have yet another repair bill coming.

      The claim a pressure test was conductedAlthough on the phone he told me that he didn't have to put anything on it as the water pump immediately started to leak water. So I don't think a second pressure test was conducted after the fix took place.

      They told me to bring it to them to look at it, but it wasn't their fault immediately without examining it. How would they know it wasn't their fault without looking at it. BTW, this was after the first call they hung up on me for because I asked them "How the **** am I going to bring it to them with the radiator exploded?"

      Would not answer the phone on my number so I used my wife's phone and the cowards answered. Stay as far as you can from this shop and the people that work there. The lady owner is very nice, but the rest can go to ****.

      I am now in the process of filing a BBB complaint. Maybe I am in the wrong? Either way this is not how you treat returning customers. I will never us this place again and recommend you stay far far away. They are crooks and cowards.

      This customer dropped his vehicle off on a Sunday (we are closed on Sunday). Brought the keys to us on Monday and wanted us to find out where his water leak was coming from. Anti-freeze was pouring out of the water pump. We told him what the problem was and what the price was and he wanted it replaced. He calls back and says he has a thermostat and upper and lower radiator hose in his vehicle and asked would we put them on for him (customer parts). After completing operations, vehicle was test driven, operating temperature was achieved. Vehicle brought back to shop and inspected for leaks - there were none. Called customer after completing tasks. The next day the customer calls back saying top of radiator blew out. After telling him that that was an isolated incident and that it was a customer pay he then started using very vulgar and abusive language. When the vulgar language started the manager hung up.

      The second part about customer parts is true for the hoses and belts. However, not the thermostat as it is written up. The second trip was not to inspect for leaks which they did not inform they performed that inspection was to change the oil to the recommended weight as written in the owner's manual, not in the CSM. That was the reason for the second trip not for any inspections. If vulgar language is "How the hell am going to bring it to you to looks at because the radiator is blown up!" I am not sure you need to be in business.

      I currently have it with another mechanic that is reviewing the installation and has found some issues. I will be suing this company very shortly once the final and correct installation is complete.

      Another detail that may be important as to the credibility of their complete lying is that I brought the Key to them on Friday, not Monday as they stated. They really cannot keep their story straight.
