My dealings with SOCO roofing and restoration have been of the highest quality. After receiving hail damage to my roof shingles, **** inspected the roof and walked me through all the steps to file a successful insurance claim. In particular ******* has been a joy to work with. Knowledgeable, compassionate and reliable. I was surprised to find a roofing company rated so highly. Having now worked with them, I understand why!

SoCo roofing has THE VERY WORST sub-contractors I have EVER used. They came and installed SUB-STANDARD CHEAP materials on our additional building instead of using the correct materials. Even whenever it was brought to their attention of what we wanted, they did what they wanted and not our requests. They installed cheap house wrap for our addition and NOT the correct underlayment. They came out after we called them back to make it right and they continually told us they did it the right way. They told us that they would do whatever it is to make us happy, however they DID NOT. When I called the SoCo project estimator to get it corrected, he said after talking to the SoCo owners they cannot do anything. They lied to us and we had to use another contractor to correct the errors SoCo contractors caused, This caused us tremendous added expense and stress to complete the job correctly.We will NEVER use SoCo again!!!!!!!!

We never close a job unless we have confirmation that our customer is happy with the service and craftsmanship that we provide. Upon completion of your job, and confirmation that you were satisfied with the materials used, we received the final payment from you and were informed that you were happy with our work and not experiencing any more problems with leaks. Months later we were notified by you that you hired a different contractor to re-do the work that we did for you, and you wanted us to pay the bill of that contractor or else we would face a negative review. It is our practice to complete work to our customer’s utmost satisfaction and not quit until we do. We would have happily come out to resolve any issue. Your decision to have another contractor come out and redo the underlayment on your roof was your choice. We are not, however, obligated in any way to cover the cost of that work. We only stand behind the work of SoCo Roofing & Restoration. The fact that this led to a negative review is something that we are forced to accept, but in no way does it reflect on the professional service and craftsmanship that we deliver to our customers day in and day out.
